Regardless of academic discipline or career aspirations, it is important for graduate students to learn the tenets of “telling their story” and begin developing a brief research talk for both scholarly and public audiences. This workshop is particularly helpful for students who are interested in competing in the 2019 Mizzou Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, but open to all graduate students attend who are simply looking to learn more about communicating research. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops, note-taking systems, and personal materials to use for reference during the session

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
