Graduate Teaching Orientation (GTO) 2022

Who should attend GTO?

All graduate students (domestic and international) with teaching assistantships and responsibilities who have not taught at the University of Missouri previously are required to attend GTO. Experienced Teaching Assistants, Graduate Instructors, and Postdoctoral Fellows at the University of Missouri are also welcomed at the orientation.

To register for GTO, please complete this form by August 15, 2022.

GTO is a two-day hybrid event held Thursday, August 18 (Zoom: 8:30 AM – 12:15 PM) and Friday, August 19 (In-person: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Both days are required. Lunch will be provided on Friday, August 19. Registrants will be emailed a detailed orientation schedule.
