2024 MU PREP Scholars Application
This is a special application for the University of Missouri PREP Scholars Program.
The University of Missouri recognizes that having diverse groups of biomedical researchers is essential to generating the very best and most innovative biomedical science. As part of our commitment to help diversify the biomedical research workforce, MU has joined with the NIH to support the MU PREP Scholars Program (MU PREP). MU PREP provides biomedical research training for select recent BA or BS graduates to prepare them for successful entry into and completion of top rank biomedical PhD programs.
We encourage applications from students who have great enthusiasm and promise, who have been unable as undergraduates to obtain sufficient research experience to prepare them for success in a PhD program, and who by their eventual entry into the biomedical research workforce would help to diversify that workforce.
There is no application fee.
